How to Request Deletion

Email estimates@grizzlygeneralcontracting.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request.”

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable record or connected account, such as your name, email address, and whether the request concerns a website inquiry, estimate record, Facebook connection, Google connection, or another service.

What We Will Do

After verifying the request, we will delete or disconnect applicable authorization credentials and remove personal information that we are not legally or operationally required to retain. Certain estimate, contract, payment, warranty, tax, insurance, or project records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable time and complete eligible deletion requests as soon as practical. We may contact you for verification before deleting information.

Confirmation

When the deletion process is complete, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request unless doing so is not possible.
